Credit Union Plans ‘Atypical’ Branch, More on Ten Mile

Like many other businesses in town, CapEd Federal Credit Union has its sights set on Ten Mile Rd.

The credit union submitted plans to the City of Meridian for a new 10,884 square foot building on the corner of Ten Mile Rd. and Vanguard Wy.

According to application documents, 7,940 square feet of the building is dedicated to the credit union and divided between a branch, office space, mortgage center, and community room. The remaining 2,944 square feet is dedicated to tenant space for other businesses.
