Ground breaking ceremony at the La Salle building site, a new Class A office building where Perspecta plans to expand its local workforce

Today’s ground breaking ceremony is another huge milestone for Ten Mile Crossing. We broke ground at the La Salle building site, a new Class A office building where Perspecta plans to expand its local workforce in the Treasure Valley consisting of engineers, analysts, business operations experts, software developers and technical support staff.

The La Salle building will be a five-story, 127,000-square-foot office building at Ten Mile Crossing, a 75-acre complex on the northeast corner of Ten Mile Road and Interstate 84. Perspecta will serve as the premier tenant and occupy 65,000 square feet of the building.

David Turnbull of Brighton Corporation discusses the future of Ten Mile and the recent acquisition of land between Ten Mile Creek and Ten Mile Crossing. This acquisition connects Creek and Crossing, increasing the Ten Mile site from 120 acres to 270 acres.
